Settlement Canyon Irrigation thanks all shareholders for their efforts in to conserve water during this very dry year!  The irrigation water is now off for the season.  Make sure to clear your lines to avoid freezing your valve or pipes.  Annual assessments will be mailed by November 5th.

In accordance with law, and by order of the Board of Directors made on July 17, 2012 so many shares of each parcel of the stock of each shareholder as may be necessary to meet the amount due will be sold at the Pioneer Museum, 47 E. Vine Street, Basement Room, Tooele, Utah on September 29, 2012 at the hour of 12:00pm, to pay the delinquent assessments, together with the cost of advertising and expenses of sale.

If any of the above shares are sold at auction and purchased by the Company, or by an officer or director of the Company for the benefit of the officer or director, the shares may be redeemed by the shareholder for a period of thirty (30) days after the date of sale for the same amounts tendered by the Company or said officer or director.

Irrigation lines near 700 South will be down for repair again today.  Shareholders scheduled to water in the morning hours should be able to water from 5:00pm to 8:00pm this evening.

All irrigation lines are down due to a major repair near the reservior. Shareholders with watering times Thursday & Friday may water Saturday following the same schedules. Sorry for the inconvenience.
