NOTICE

There are delinquent upon the following described stock, on account of assessment levied on November 1, 2011 (and any assessment levied previously, late charges, penalty, interest, and estimate costs of sale) the amounts set opposite the names of the respective shareholders as follows:

In accordance with law, and by order of the Board of Directors made on July 17, 2012 so many shares of each parcel of the stock of each shareholder as may be necessary to meet the amount due will be sold at the Pioneer Museum, 47 E. Vine Street, Basement Room, Tooele, Utah on September 29, 2012 at the hour of 12:00pm, to pay the delinquent assessments, together with the cost of advertising and expenses of sale.

If any of the above shares are sold at auction and purchased by the Company, or by an officer or director of the Company for the benefit of the officer or director, the shares may be redeemed by the shareholder for a period of thirty (30) days after the date of sale for the same amounts tendered by the Company or said officer or director.

Weekend watering restrictions will remain

in place.  Shareholders are not allowed to

water from Friday 8 pm to Monday 7 am.

7 am to 9 am.

Odd numbered homes -

Tuesdays & Fridays

5 pm - 7 pm

Area 2: Even numbered

homes North of 200 South

and East of Main-
